Step 3 - Broker's Opinion of Value

The Bristol Group can offer a broker's opinion of value that can be used as a guide to assist owners in making the decision to sell their business. This does not replace a business valuation performed by a third party appraiser with the appropriate certifications - it is just a starting point.

The Brokers Opinion of Value derives the Most Probable Selling Price of the business based on the Direct Market Data Approach for valuation. This approach is less subjective then others because we use data from real world transactions to statistically identify the multiple from business of like kind and size.
