Kelly has been a partner in an investment banking and business consulting firm, an owner or manager of 15 privately held companies, and the founder of a distribution company that was acquired by a Cintas, a Fortune 500 Company. The combined operations included more than 200 employees and $25 Million in revenues.

He started his career nearly 30 years ago as a commercial loan officer in the banking system. There he financed business start-ups, operations, and on-going cash needs for businesses.

Mr. Shaw is a member of the International Business Brokers Association. He is the author of a book, the director of a leadership camp, and father of 5 children. He holds a BA in International Relations with an emphasis on International Business from Brigham Young University.
