Meridian Point Partners, LLC has completed the purchase of the operating assets of LANCS Industries, a highly-regarded manufaturer of protective gear and equipment.

Tim Weist will remain in his role as President of the company. Meridian Point Partners will continue to execute the strategy of the company.

The Bristol Group acted as intermediary on the transaction.
