Owner has continued to get more customers and, in the spring of 2017, bought out a competitor, and invested in new equipment such as a cargo van as well as newly hired employees to keep up with demand.

Most of this growth was propelled by word-of-mouth and online advertising, cemented by company's ability to offer premium customer service and a higher quality clean than competitors. In fall of 2019, company purchased equipment to expand into carpet cleaning, floor care, and tile/grout cleaning and has trained employees to handle most facets of the business so the owner can primarily focus on acquiring new contracts.
