Trevin Rasmussen is an M&A Advisor focused the lower middle market and the Managing Partner of the Bristol Group. He has nearly 20 years of experience helping business owners navigate the complex process of selling a businesses including business valuations, deal structure, due diligence, closing transactions, and wealth preservation.
He holds the designation of Certified Merger and Acquisition Professional (CMAP) from Kennesaw State University and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) from the International Business Brokers Association (IBB.org).
Prior to becoming an M&A Advisor and founding the Bristol Group in 2005, Trevin worked as a management consultant for Arthur Andersen in Seattle and Andersen Consulting (Accenture) in San Francisco.
Trevin has a Master's in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor's in Business Management from Brigham Young University. Trevin seamlessly blends technological proficiency with a solid business acumen. His experience spans diverse markets and industries.
