Zack holds the credentialing of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP), Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), and a Master of Science (MS) in Business Management.

Zack has over 20 years of experience in the small business transactions and valuation services on behalf of individual buyers and sellers, financial Institutions, government agencies, private corporations, individual investors, and legal firms.

Zack is considered a qualified source to perform certified business valuations by the US Small Business Administration (SBA) and has extensive experience in portfolio management for institutional clients across the United States.

Zack has completed assignments for a variety of asset and stock transactions, including multi sector industries, office, retail, residential, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use developments. Included in recent appraisals are a wide variety of projects in the domestic US, including SBA loan guarantees related to the most recent SOP. Prior to joining the Bristol Group, Zack held leadership positions with National Business Valuation, Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC), the US Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Wells Fargo Bank.
